Absolutely fucking useless

They sent me the wrong dvd when I called to have the correct dvd sent to me, they told me that they would refund it instead, and that I would have to go through the whole process of ordering it again in hoping that this time, they sent me the right one, their attitude was really poor even the managers they were absolutely useless, the whole lot of them, they wouldn't let me speak when I spoke to them, they wouldn't let me explain Why I would prefer a replacement dvd to my money back?They must have the dvd day.Because they sent the empty case
